Bridge Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bridge mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Bridge LTD, a Colorado limited liability company (“Bridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least twenty‑one (21) years of age to use the Services. By using Bridge, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Nature of the Service
Bridge provides a technology platform that enables patrons to place on‑premise beverage orders with participating, licensed venues.
Bridge does not sell, serve, or distribute alcohol. Each participating venue is the sole seller of record and is exclusively responsible for alcohol service, age verification, refusal of service, pricing, tax calculation, and compliance with all applicable laws.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information current. Bridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
4. Orders and Fulfillment
All orders placed through Bridge are requests submitted to the selected venue. Fulfillment is subject to venue availability, last‑call rules, and venue discretion. Venues may refuse or cancel orders at any time in accordance with applicable law or venue policy.
5. Payments and Fees
Payments are processed through Stripe Connect using a Direct Charges model. The venue processes the transaction as merchant of record. Bridge charges patrons a convenience fee for use of the platform, disclosed prior to checkout. Bridge’s fees are charged solely for technology access and are not derived from alcohol sales proceeds. All applicable taxes are calculated and remitted by the venue.
6. Tips
Any gratuities are voluntarily provided by patrons and remitted in full to the venue. Bridge does not retain or distribute tips and does not control venue tip allocation practices.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refund eligibility and fulfillment are determined solely by the venue. Bridge may transmit refund requests but does not adjudicate or approve refunds. Chargebacks are handled by Stripe in accordance with its policies. Bridge provides transaction metadata but bears no liability for venue service disputes.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes;
- Interfere with platform security or operations;
- Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others;
- Attempt to circumvent venue policies or age‑verification requirements.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and trademarks associated with Bridge are owned by Bridge or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” BRIDGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for damages arising from venue conduct or alcohol service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridge from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
Bridge may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.
15. Changes to These Terms
Bridge may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
